Ingredients & Equipment
30ml high quality apple cider vinegar
30ml water
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Method
Place all the ingredients in a small sterilised jar and shake to combine.
We advise using a 1/4 teaspoon measuring spoon rather than estimating the cayenne pepper and ginger.
Shake well each time, before using. The spices will not dissolve into the liquid. It will not be a thick syrup, it should remain watery.
Storage
Leave at room temperature for a few days or place in the refrigerator for longer storage.
We advise making small and frequent quantities as required.
Safety Precautions
Do not attempt this recipe if you have allergies to any of the ingredients. Cease use immediately and seek medical advice should you experience any ill side effects of this recipe.
