Refund & Returns Policy

To guarantee customer satisfaction, we are happy to accept returns of our products. Although there are some exceptions so please read our returns policy.

 

Returns for any reason

We will accept returns on all products for 30 days.
Returns of items without fault will need to be returned at your expense. We are happy to arrange a courier collection if you prefer, and the cost of which will be deducted this from the refund amount. Should the courier fees exceed the refund value, we cannot accept the return.
Returned items should be undamaged and in a sellable condition.

Custom items can not be returned for a refund as they are not saleable.
However we ask you to contact us directly to discuss any other options available to ensure that we can provide the best customer service possible.

 

Returns of faulty items

Faulty items may be returned for a full refund. We ask for you to photograph any damage prior to dispatching via courier.

 

Please return these by second class signed for post, or a 48-72 hour courier. We will pay for your return postage. If you prefer we can arrange a courier collection at our cost.

 

Your refund

Refunds will be processed within 1-3 days of your item being returned to us via the same method of payment of which you used at the time of purchase. 

 

If you paid in full or partly with a gift card, the value of this will be returned to a gift card and is not transferable to a cash alternative.

If you paid by PayPal (Debit or Credit Card) the refund will usually be processed on to the payment method used to make the payment. This may take up to 7 working days to complete.

If you paid by Cheque we are unable to process a refund by any method other than cheque and this will be posted 14 working days after your payment cleared at the earliest.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
